Suzan started working for the Homes & Land Canada Corporation in 2001 opening the Calgary edition. She relocated to the Okanagan to purchase and launch Homes & Land of the Thompson/Okanagan. Her vision for her business is synonymous with her mission statement: "Homes & Land and its employees are dedicated to establishing long-term relationships with our customers based on honesty, trust and mutual benefit. We endeavor to provide the finest quality products and service at a fair price. Our goal is to help our customers be successful, thereby assuring our own success".

Suzan is a true believer in giving back to the local community and has donated large sums to local charities and events. She prides herself on her distribution and uses it as a tool to ensure a high quality product for her clients. She prefers to spend her money in locations that promote her product and is always looking for ways to support her community and clients.

Suzan realizes the power and innovation the internet provides to consumers, therefore, she has insisted that all staff obtain the Integrated Marketing Certificate to ensure an innovative and knowledgable team. Her future consists of further creating and maintaining a powerful print & internet advertising medium for all her clients to ensure maximum success.
